Ms. Gabrielle F. Starr, MSW
 Founder & Executive Director

Gabrielle Starr, of Morrow, GA, is a 25 year old Entrepreneur, Motivational Speaker and Social Worker.  Ms. Starr is a 2002 graduate of Forest Park High School and a May 2006 Cum Laude graduate of Albany State University, where she received her Bachelor’s of Social Work Degree. In May 2009,  Ms. Starr received her Masters of Social Work degree from Clark Atlanta University.

Ms. Starr inspires both young and old by the gift God has placed inside of her. As a professional social worker and full time mentor, she speaks to the wounded and hurt in order to be healed. Ms. Starr's passion lies within young ladies. Personal experiences have launched her the opportunity to move beyond those obstacles and realize anything is possible with Jesus. Realizing she had something to share since the age of 12, she recalls reciting original pieces for the people. Battling with doing what was right and choosing to do wrong, God allowed the enemy to take her through to have a message for others to hear. Her testimony is real and her life has become a message. Ms. Starr speaks in front of diverse audiences including international associations, universities, youth groups, professional organizations, and churches. As God expands her territory, her goal is to travel the world speaking to young ladies in order to "Embrace Spirituality while Facing Reality".

Currently, she is a member of Upper Room Ministries under the leadership of Pastor Tanya D. Collins. She is actively  involved on a number of auxiliaries in the church including Pastoral Aid and Hostess committee. She volunteers her time at the Clayton County Adolescent Health Center as a group facilitator and serves on the Board of Directors for Upper Room Ministries Christian Academy.   Ms. Starr has participated as a speaker on various occasions including DHR Title IV-E Conference, Albany State University Social Work Graduation Program, Forest Park High School Baccalaureate Ceremony and the Youth Gospel Entertainment and Arts Youth Pastor Luncheon.  She has conducted workshops with a number of organizations including the Ghanaian Association Youth Conference, Gamma Beta Mu Leadership Society, Inc. and Petals Inc.  Ms. Starr embarked on a new journey and traveled to Ghana, W. Africa  Spring 2009.

Ms. Starr truly stands out as a star shedding light wherever she goes. Her passion and dedication to young women stems from her own experiences, overcoming life challenges. She realizes her test and trials have made her into the woman she is today. She lives by the motto, “With Faith and God the Worst is never the last.
