Ladies of Favor, Inc Mentoring Program’s mission is to provide a family oriented support system to disadvantaged females ages 10 to 21 years old to embrace spiritual guidance, increase self esteem, promote abstinence and improve leadership. Ladies of Favor provides personal mentoring, peer and group mentoring.


Personal Mentoring is where the Mentee (teen girl) is matched with a Mentor (caring non-parental adult) for a minimum of one hour per week up to one year. 
 
Group Mentoring is provided weekly in a group setting while teen girls discuss various issues they are experiencing based on age (i.e. 10-17 year olds & 18-21 year olds). 

Peer Mentoring is mentoring provided from a peer within the program for lasting support and encouragement to stay on the road to success!
